About the Voting Process

On March 2, you will be sent an e-mail message containing an invitation to vote and a special URL (or link) to an online ballot. You will only be sent this invitation to vote once, therefore we encourage you to cast your vote when you first receive the e-mail --  the process takes only moments to complete.

If your e-mail is returned to us for some reason, you will receive a paper ballot.

The profiles for all candidates are now available at http://aejmc.org/_09election/index.php. You are welcome to review these now so you are ready to vote when you receive the online ballot.

REMEMBER to check your e-mail on March 2 to VOTE

*Please note due to the number of e-mails circulating through the system on that day, your invitation to vote may not arrive for 24 hours.

If you do not receive an e-mail invitation to vote with a special URL by March 4, please contact Mich Sineath at [log in to unmask] with your mailing address to receive a paper ballot.
