We often have questions regarding MAC by-laws and officer roles, etc. Someone please bring copies of the MAC by-laws as we understand them today. Many years ago, several hard drives ago I had typed up these and put them in our newsletter. There have been many changes since then and we should be clear about what our by-laws state and what adjustments we want made. Slight adjustments in the division are made year to year, and are not necessarily "the way we've always done it" and that is okay, but we need to vote and keep track. Be aware that at the MAC meetings, I'd estimate that half the room is often occupied by former MAC chairs and former "old" officers. This is a pool of information that can be tapped during the regular year and also during the meetings..... Diana Dr. Diana I.
