Congratulations to Brandi Dickson, Tecumseh, OWP Class of 1999?, who has been named a Top 12 Finalist for Oklahoma Teacher of the Year.  Brandi has been an active OWP teacher consultant for the last decade and is one of the most passionate teachers I know.
