Thank you to Dr. Stella Yu, Research Branch Chief and Research Program staff for sharing these documents describing MCH Research investments.  These two documents outline upcoming competitions in the MCH Research programs (also summarized below), and provide an overview of current autism investments.  Please feel free to share with colleagues.

Upcoming Competitions:
R40 MCH Research competition for FY 2012: Multiyear ($300,000 per year for up to 3 years) and
one-year secondary data grants ($100,000). Application due date: expected summer 2011.

R40 MCH Autism Intervention Research competition for FY 2011: Multiyear ($300,000 per year)
and one-year secondary data grants ($100,000). Application due date: expected late spring/summer
2011.

UA3 Research Network on Overweight and Obese Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
and Other Developmental Disabilities and Special Health Care Needs (RNOOC). Application
due date: expected late spring/summer 2011.

Autism Intervention Research Networks for FY 2011. Application due date: expected late spring/
summer 2011.
• UA3 Autism Intervention Research Network on Behavioral Health (AIR-B Network).
• UA3 Autism Intervention Research Network on Physical Health (AIR-P Network).
