I am at the Brock symposium to hear Linda Darling-Hammond speak and the comments of the follow up panel. Just want everyone to know that Richard Cobb, the Director of Curriculum, Moore Public Schools who is on the panel just specifically mentioned Oklahoma Writing Project. He said when he was a teacher in Muskogee Schools OWP presented a beginning of the year inservice that shaped his teaching for the entire year. Hurrah for OWP!
