Subject: Research on gay marriage and the Black church

Colleagues and Friends:

One of our Howard doctoral students in political science, Nicole Cathey, is conducting her dissertation research on gay marriage in the African American community, particularly Black churches.  She is looking at Washington, DC, as a case study.  She seeks African American women and men 18 years or older living in the DC-Metro area as participants in an anonymous online survey.  Please share this with as many people as you know who fit these demographics (and consider taking it yourself, if you do).  Thanks in advance.

Here is the URL:

By the way, I am a member of Nicole's dissertation committee.

Sincerely,
