Subject: World Literature Today Student Advisory Board
Dear Organization Advisor,
I am an intern at World Literature Today, the University of Oklahoma's bimonthly magazine of international literature and culture. Our mission is to serve the international, state, and university communities by achieving excellence as a literary publication, a sponsor of literary prizes, and a cultural center for students.
We want to create a Student Advisory Board made up of students from all over OU to advise WLT on making effective contributions to student life on campus. The Student Advisory Board would meet once a month to look at recent issues of the magazine and determine what could be done to improve the magazine. It would be an excellent opportunity for students from all majors to come together for a common purpose.
If this sounds like something that members of your organization would be interested in, please relay this information to them.
