ATTENTION: Procard File Download Date Change for December

Due to the upcoming Holiday Break, this month’s Procard transaction file will be downloaded on Tuesday, December 18^th at 5PM to enable the file to be processed before leaving for the holidays.  This means departments will have 2 days instead of the normal 3 days to make changes to the file after the monthly cycle end date – Friday, December 14^th.  Changes made after December 18^th will need to be made via cost transfer.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
