I am planning on coming to the meeting/test session tonight, but probably not until 7 since I have a prior honor society engagement.

As for VP/Meteorology Rep announcements: The James Spann talk has a large possibility of being cancelled, which is unfortunate. The first official spotter training isn't until April, so in the mean time we can do sort of "chase cases" at meetings if we want to help future operators understand why they might be chosen to spot from a specific location at a specific time. Since the severe weather season is long over for this year, I think starting this at the beginning of next semester would be ideal, if not have one meeting toward the end of this semester. In the meantime, if we can build antennas and get everyone up on the exams and operations, that would be great!

I also checked in on the PSC 2m repeater after last meeting to confirm the club's presence, so if someone else wants to check in during the meeting that would be good PR.

Thanks for stepping up to President, Stephen!

Subject: Amateur Radio Club Funding Application

Hello everyone! The deadline for applying for Subsidiary funding from the University is this Thursday, so we should take prompt action now to make sure that we can get funded for at least food, and hopefully perhaps some equipment. We need someone with access to the Treasury section of our orgsync page to do this process. The information on Subsidiary Funding and the process of how to apply can be found here:
    http://www.ou.edu/content/sga/student-organizations/bc.html

In addition, I have attached the OU powerpoint on how to apply for funding. Please be quick about this! Those with access to the Treasury Page please send a response email to indicate that you can fill out the form. If our orgsync page isn't up yet we should call in ASAP to be able to apply for funding.

Thanks!
