Scholarship Announcement       The Western Reserve Herb Society is pleased to award two (2) undergraduate scholarships for the year 2016-2017. ~~~~~~~~~~ Frances Sylvia Zverina Scholarship - $10,000.00 Scholarship Eligibility Requirements: American citizen Undergraduate attending an accredited US college or university In need of financial assistance for education Student in horticulture or related field Career goals include teaching, research, or sustainable agriculture Applicant must have completed two years of undergraduate study by August 2016 Submission Deadline: April 1, 2016 Apply for Scholarship ~~~~~~~~~~ Western Reserve Herb Society Scholarship - $7,750 Scholarship Eligibility Requirements: American citizen Ohio resident attending an accredited Ohio or out-of-state institution Undergraduate who has completed one year of college In need of financial assistance for education Student in horticulture or a related field such as agriculture or landscape architecture Career goals include teaching, research, sustainable agriculture Applicant must have completed one year of undergraduate study by August 2016 Ohio residents meeting the requirements for each scholarship may apply for both the Frances Sylvia Zverina Scholarship and the Western Reserve Herb Society Scholarship. However, an award winner may be the recipient of only one scholarship.
