The successful candidate will have a background in Organizational Communication. Preference will be given to candidates whose teaching/research interests focus on diverse populations and/or community engagement. The successful candidate will also be expected to teach a variety of foundational courses in Communication, and will have the opportunity to develop and broaden the existing program.
