AVAILABLE POSITIONS


Position 1

Location: 400 7th St. SW Washington, DC.
Tentative Start Date: 12/19/16 End Date: 9/01/17

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides technical support for meetings,conferences,teleconferences, and video conferences projects supporting Public Affairs and CCC objectives; Prepare presentations using a variety of software packages (Adobe Creative Suite CS6, Camtasia Studio 8; create, edit and proofread communications: develop marketing strategies to communicate key messages to EOMA constituents; prepares information for dissemination at outreach events; coordinates with the Outreach Office participate on of other OCC staff in EOMA's outreach initiatives: monitors activities of EOMA constituents and prepares reports on hot topics and emerging matters.

Skills:
The intern should possess the following work experience, training, course background and/or skills (i.e., quantitative skills, computer skills, project management skills, oral and/or written communication skills, etc.) Possess skills in Microsoft Office suite, use of an iMac; oral and written communication, research, technology, and analytical skills.

College Classification Desired: Junior

Major Field of Study Requested: Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or Urban Studies


Position 2

Location: 400 7th St. SW Washington, DC.
Tentative Start Date: 12/19/16 End Date: 9/01/17

Duties and Responsibilities:
Intern will perform testing, documentation and some coding. May also work with staff on cyber security compliance.

Skills:
The intern should possess work experiences in training, course background and/or skills (i.e., quantitative skills, computer skills, project management skills, oral and/or written communication skills, etc.) Have an academic background in computer science, including some experiences in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

College Classification Desired: Junior

Major Field of Study Requested: Computer Science, Information Science


Position 3

Location: 400 7th St. SW Washington, DC.
Tentative Start Date: 12/19/16 End Date: 9/01/17

Duties and Responsibilities:
Web site quality assurance tasks, Web metrics collection tasks, meeting logistics support, metadata review, validation, application quality assurance and other duties as assigned.

Skills:

College Classification Desired: Junior

Major Field of Study Requested: Public Affairs, Information Management, Liberal Arts, IT, Library Science


Position 4

Location: Treasury Headquarters, Washington, DC
Tentative Start Date: 12/11/16 End Date: 9/1/16

Duties and Responsibilities:
Intern’s primary duty will be to assist attorneys with Litigation related files and records. Assist with several specific projects related to attorney case files that need to be prepared for Central Records. Administrative work that will require assisting E&C attorneys, such as copying and/or preparing documents for depositions/sworn statements on an as needed basis.

Skills:
Intern should have demonstrated proficiency in preparing charts in both Microsoft Excel and Word. Also possess strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

College Classification Desired: Junior or Senior who has an interest or course background in a legal related field is preferred.

Major Field of Study Requested: Interest in Law or Legal Field (can be broad range of majors)


Position 5

Location: 1 S. Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL
Tentative Start Date: 1/9/17 End Date: 9/1/17

Duties and Responsibilities:
Treasury Department Midsize Bank Supervision: The intern will assist in various supervisory duties, such as performing supervisory record reviews for the Chicago based teams and preparing a report for each. Assisting and helping develop MIS reports, analyze data in various forms and assisting with the preparation of meetings. Need to have a good knowledge of MS Excel, pivot tables, charts/graphs, and how to create various reports is a plus.

Skills:
Intern must possess a solid foundation of oral and written communication skills as the majority of projects/daily tasks revolve around communicating examination findings to various audiences. Seeking an individual with strong computer skills and the ability to create or update templates and reports. Other critical skills include organizational, analytical, and interpersonal.

College Classification Desired: Junior

Major Field of Study Requested: Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business IT
