The University of Oklahoma began operating under a new tax identification number effective January 1, 2016.  The university’s tax id is 73-1377584 and is located in box B of the W-2.  Be sure to notify your accountant of the change or update your tax software to reflect the university’s new tax id when filing your taxes.
