The 'Ayn Gharandal Archaeological Project (AGAP) accepts volunteers and students for participation in the 'Ayn Gharandal Field School.
Participants spend ca. 6 weeks in Jordan, during which time they tour important archaeological, historical, and cultural sites across the country. The majority of the time is spent on an active archaeological project. Participants excavate 5 days per week.
Students at the AGAP field school come from all disciplines and walks of life. Some of our participants are pursuing careers in
archaeology, but many choose other paths. All agree that their time at 'Ayn Gharandal was formative and even life-changing.
Open to students from any school.
