Maybe I'm a pack-rat, but all three might be otherwise useful.

The IC-735 and tuner could be a loaner-station for a new member/ham
A power supply like that could benefit a bench, if we wanted to create
bench-space upstairs.

Or, we could take 'em to Ham Holiday, which I've gotta miss this year.
