I had a conversation with Fran Stephens about this proposal. I need to fill out an information sheet to prepare Proposal Services for routing; I’ll do that as soon as I can.

Because this is all for equipment, THERE ARE NO INDIRECT COSTS (IDC in proposal-speak)! This means every penny goes to equipment and installation!!! Yay!

Now, I can’t stress enough that *time is getting short!* Budgets and equipment requests need to be in final form by now and if the text hasn’t yet been written, write it *now.* OU will administer the funds for us but there won’t be any funds to administer if this doesn’t get done as quickly as possible.
