The OURdisk degradation has been resolved and OURdisk is back in full production. We expect to have OURdisk better tuned soon which will help with all issues we are experiencing. We also are developing additional monitoring which will help all systems across the board. Let us know if you have any questions.

We're working on an issue where OURdisk file access is stalling on the Supercomputer. We have assessed the situation and are starting a Metadata server failover. The failover is in progress at this time. I'll send a note out again once OURdisk is fixed and back in full production.
