We will share step-by-step methods and best practices for engaging with communities to co-design and co-develop library offerings. As a participant, you will learn about your community in which your library is located and develop skills to build constructive relationships and bridge cultural differences. You will also gain practical experience with engagement methods and will be able to share your experiences in implementing several stages of engagement.
