2024 Spring Writing Conference

Join OWP for a Day of Celebrating Literacy!
The Oklahoma Writing Project invites you to attend the annual Spring Celebration of Writing for Students and Teachers. Each teacher may bring 5 students per adult. Parents and student teachers are welcome, too. Register soon. Spaces will be limited!
9:30-9:45 Welcome/Quickwrite
11:10-11:50 Breakout Sessions
12:00-12:45 Write to Win Celebration of Winners
12:45 Conference is Concluded/Schools may lunch on their own
All winners from the OWP “Write to Win” contest are encouraged to attend. These winning students will have an opportunity to meet with the judges of the contest for discussion about pieces. During the celebration, the 2024 Write to Win Award winners will be recognized and share excerpts from his/her winning writing. All participants staying for this portion of the conference may receive a copy of the 2024 Write to Win Anthology.
Additional copies may be purchased for $10 day of event.
