HELIOS Advisory Council Associate Deans and Program Leads,
We have identified an opening in the normal cycle of surveys to invite your colleagues to share their awareness, participation, and challenges associated with open scholarships. You may recall that the Council decided to disseminate this short survey this
Fall and that our members will invite their respective communities. Below is a short invitation I ask you to send to your college/program colleagues, as their representative on the Council. We ask that they complete the survey by November 20.
We will also work with you to schedule a meeting prior to exam week to review 2024 activities, consider Council goals for 2025, and review initial information learned from the survey.

Please take a few minutes to complete this

survey about your awareness and participation in open scholarship and/or open science. OU’s Higher Education Leadership Initiative for Open Scholarship (HELIOS) Advisory Board will use this information to advocate for campus resources, provide campus
training and awareness campaigns, and inform policies related to open scholarship. The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Note: You are not required to identify yourself. However, if you would like more information about open scholarship, or the HELIOS Open initiative, you will have the opportunity to leave contact information for follow up.
