Windows Media Player (aka WiMP) will play VCD's. If it doesn't play
automatically, you may have to select Play -> DVD or CD Audio -> drive
letter. Do alt + enter to go full screen.

Come to think of it, I'm pretty sure any DVD playing software (PowerDVD for
example) will play VCD.

Subject: VCD player for PC?

Hi folks, I need to get my hands on a free, full-screen VCD player ASAP
for
OMRF use (believe it or not). It's for a Win2k laptop that's going to
be used on
Saturday for job recruiting, I'm building the 8-minute VCD now. Anyone
have an installer for such a thing, or know where to download one?
By "free" I mean free for me to use....
