We have a Lexmark C720. It's about 18 months old and does a nice job of
images. They've got newer models that do an even better job. Print to

\\Omrfnt3\PRT$LAS96_PS

to try out the C720. At the time, reviews gave it a higher quality
rating than the top HP. My order was to get the best color laser for
under $2500. My only complaints would be the long warm-up time if it's
been still for a couple of hours and the management software (web
interface is fine). Support with Lexmark has been great. I've had two
major user-servicable parts (photo dev cartridge and drum) fail under
the expected lifetime and they fedexed out replacements with no hassle.

Printing from all platforms is great. Straightforward network setup.

(btw, I don't think their business products have anything to do with
consumer-level injets, which really suck, imho).
