Hi,
We've patted outselves on the back about collecting over 140 novels to donate to Katrina victims. Now we're going to continue collecting books, to help replenish affected public libraries (I believe Cat told me over 700 have been destroyed), and other good deeds. So for those of you who have been too busy with classes and novel writing to bother dropping off books, you still have the opportunity. People enrolled in Category Fiction should be dropping off some of the books (after all that heated criticism, why are you keeping 'em?). It's easy to swing by the J-library right after class and put them in the box. If you want to ditch THE CRIMSON CLAW but are afraid to, don't worry. The royalty's already gone into accounting.

During Thanksgiving Break, go through your shelves at home and bring back a few old books to donate, or spread the word among your friends and family.

Keep up the good work, and write on!
DC
