OSCER users,

SUPERCOMPUTING TOUR
Thu Oct 20 3:30pm Central Time
Four Partners Place (4PP), 301 David L. Boren Blvd.
(Meet in the main lobby, then walk to the data center
as a group.)

You ***MUST*** preregister at:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1cpOdWvQur5vGMPlO4fCstDZmANYB8aZ0Lnynv3IR7do

Historically, supercomputer users who *HAVE* taken the tour
understand supercomputing *MUCH BETTER* than those who haven't.

Driving directions from main campus

(1) From main campus, take Jenkins Ave southbound towards
OK Hwy 9.

(2) Shortly after the Lloyd Noble basketball arena and
just before Hwy 9, turn left (eastbound) onto David L. Boren
Blvd.

(3) If I remember right, visitor parking spots are available
in the SRTC lot (in the center of the lot), in the NWC lot,
and in the shared 1PP/2PP lot. (The 4PP lot requires a
faculty/staff parking pass, I believe.)

Meet us in the main lobby of 4PP by 3:30pm at the latest.

CART Bus

Take Research Route N42:

https://www.ou.edu/cart/schedules/researchlnc

N42 departs Campus Depot (Asp Ave on the west side of the
football stadium) at 15 and 45 minutes after the hour,
every hour starting at 7:45am, and reaches the National
Weather Center/Stephenson Research & Technology Center
bus stop (diagonally across from 4PP) about 10 minutes later.

(So your best Campus Depot departure options are 2:45pm and
3:15pm.)

N42 departs the Two Partners Place bus stop (diagonally
across from 4PP) at 26 and 56 minutes after the hour,
until well into the evening.

Meet us in the main lobby of 4PP by 3:30pm at the latest.
