Howdy!

A few of us on campus are working on putting together a regular meeting of campus developers and other OU staff technologists. We want to improve cross-boundary communication and cooperation. Our primary audience is people who write code for OU as part of their job, but there are no specific requirements.

We're foreseeing technical discussion topics like

  *   how we’re using version control

  *   technology infrastructure at OU

  *   release management and deployment strategies

  *   favorite programming tools

The first meeting of the group will be on Monday, Feb 24 at 3pm in Bizzell Memorial Library room 339.

To kick things off, we’d like to do do a team show-and-tell where people introduce themselves, and then someone from each team gives a quick overview of the team, their projects, and their tech stack. Bring a couple of slides if you want, or just stand up and give us a run-down. Here are some examples:
