Hello,
OU Habitat for Humanity will be having two general volunteer meetings
this week, the first one Tuesday, Jan 19th at 6:30 PM and the second one
Thursday, Jan 21st at 6:30 PM (both meeting will be largely the same, so
you don't need to attend both).  The meetings will be in Dale Hall,
however we don't yet know which room (prayers to the gods of scheduling
are appreciated).  We will post some signs.  

Let me tell you a few of the things we will be talking about:

1999 Walk for Habitat
This is a walk to raise funds for the first OU student house.  We are
only half-way to our goal of $25,000, so we REALLY need everybody's
help!  Every student who gets over $50 in pledges will get a free
t-shirt, and there will be several competitive prize categories as well.

OU Student House
We will be discussing the construction schedule for the first house.

Renovation Work
To help create more volunteer opportunities for students, this semester
we are going to expand our mission and begin doing renovation work on
existing houses in Norman.  

Door Prizes
We will be giving out some cool door prizes.
