Dear Public Health Partners and Newborn Screening Stakeholders:

We hope this message finds you well.  The purpose of this message is to invite you to participate in an information sharing webinar hosted by NewSTEPs.  As we continue to enhance relationships with public health and newborn screening stakeholders, we hope that resources described in the webinar will be valuable for you.


DESCRIPTION

NewSTEPs (Newborn Screening Technical assistance and Evaluation Program) is a national newborn screening project designed to provide data, technical assistance, and training to newborn screening programs across the country and assist states with quality improvement initiatives. NewSTEPs is a comprehensive resource center for state newborn screening programs and stakeholders.  This program is funded through a five-year cooperative agreement to the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) by the Genetic Services Branch of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

AUDIENCE

This webinar is intended for all newborn screening partners and stakeholders, with a  particular focus on the state newborn screening programs.

Advanced registration is not necessary.  Two identical webinars will be held on the following dates, with your participation requested in one of the two:

*         Tuesday, April 2 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm ET

*         Thursday, April 11 from 2:00 pm- 3:00 pm ET
