Subject: Please Join ACMG for a Two-Part Webinar Series on the Current Crisis in Molecular Pathology Reimbursement

Dear RC Project Directors and Project Managers,

Please join ACMG for a two-part webinar series on the current crisis in molecular pathology reimbursement, and what labs can be doing now to optimize the chances of a favorable outcome.

Background & Objectives

ACMG is providing this webinar series as an educational resource to provide laboratories with information and resources they need to participate effectively in the ongoing molecular pathology rate-setting process. Payers such as Medicare will drastically slash reimbursements for the new molecular pathology (MoPath) codes moving forward, UNLESS laboratories take action now.

Presented by speakers from Quorum Consulting, Inc<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v1/url?u=http://acmg.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0zMjYwNDg2JnA9MSZ1PTEwMDU5ODkzNDUmbGk9MTcyNzY0Mzg/index.html&k=7DHVT22D9IhC0F3WohFMBA%3D%3D%0A&r=rX%2BpwtxS62RFz%2BMe%2BGygIuxlYqsdJqSFMkXPQTg4Occ%3D%0A&m=6N55CscmrooxS4YIPaFQykFN9yvBJ0YmC%2FG1E1dakU4%3D%0A&s=8c81102858102064067bc5996fb7a730d881788cb6048d09da654e4fb01a09c0>., Part I addresses the background and current status of the rate-setting process, while Part II focuses on what laboratories can and should be doing to advocate for sustainable reimbursement during this critical period.*

Registration is limited for this webinar series so it is offered on a first come first serve basis. Please register soon if you are interested in participating

Who Should Attend

Laboratory Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Billing Managers, and/or any individuals in your organization who supervise billing and reimbursement.

If this does not describe you, please forward this on to the appropriate individuals as soon as possible.

Labs such as yours hold the key to influencing the outcome of the rate-setting process. Learn about how you can take action now to support the fight for sustainable molecular diagnostic reimbursement in 2013 and beyond.
