I received this email today from Iowa's metabolic formula program administrator:
Just opened the mail and had 3 checks for formula from John Deere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is a first!!!!!!!!  Glad they were purchased by United....so Kim-your email was right on the money!!!!
 
Everyone take a moment to celebrate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I had forwarded the message from Dana Jo to her and the rest of our program staff  this morning. Thanks for the "heads-up!"

See the following e-mail I received today from Dana Orten along w/the attachment she provided.

 

 

 

I was looking at the "What's New" section of my health insurance, and noticed that United Health Care covers nutritional formulas for inborn errors of metabolism.  See the second section of the attached pdf file.  Please pass this on to whoever you think is interested.  United is one of two choices for our health insurance at BTNRH.
