OSCER users,

In order to facilitate resolving the OURdisk issue, we've
paused new batch job launches on Schooner.

(Currently running jobs are continuing -- there are 1837 jobs
running now.)

Pending jobs will start launching once the resolution is
in place.

We apologize for the trouble.
