The Assistant Director of Research Collaborative Services is
a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing research
productivity and innovation through cross-campus collaboration.
Unlike traditional service-driven roles, this position
prioritizes building partnerships and facilitating
collaboration across various research support units, including
engaging with fellow directors and key stakeholders throughout
the university. The Assistant Director plays a vital role in
creating a unified approach to research support, fostering
a culture of cooperation, and integrating services that
directly support the university's strategic goals. Sponsorship
for work authorization is not available for this position.
Hybrid work options may be available for this position, with
the ability to be on-site at the University of Illinois
Urbana Champaign campus as needed per the University's
Workplace Flexibility Policy
