UPDATE:

Schooner scratch2 is back in production for all but one
of its users.

(That user is being copied to a different scratch server, to
make more space available to the rest of scratch2's users.)

We apologize for the delay -- it took quite a while to do
the copying and deleting we've been able to do so far.
