This coming Friday (Dec 20) is OU's final business day before
Winter Break:

Today, tomorrow and Friday, the OSCER team *WILL* be available
as usual, during regular business hours (8am-5pm).

During Winter Break (Sat Dec 21 - Wed Jan 1):

* all OSCER machines *WILL* be in production for you to use,

BUT

* OSCER staff *WON'T* be available to respond to request tickets.

That is, you're welcome to submit tickets, but please bear in mind
that we *WON'T* be available to respond until Thu Jan 2.
