OSCER users,


On Schooner, a subset of /scratch is down.

Roughly 20% of y'all are affected by this outage; everyone else
is unaffected.

We're working to return it to service as quickly as possible, and
we'll update y'all once that's done, or by the end of the day
if it's not up by then.
