That's cool. Congratulations!

$925 will _easily_ buy a Yaesu FT-857D, with cash left over for the
good full-function mike or an LDG Z-100 tuner, or it will buy a Yaesu
FT-897D and maybe still have a bit left over.

Either rig is good from 160m through 70cm, and I own and enjoy both.

Whatever you wind up getting, I'm really pleased you got the funds.
