Divide and conquer? One team on antennas, another on shack? Agree with Jarod that he should go up to the radio room and make a plan! ?? I would think shelving would be a bigger thing that it has been in the past.
I am happy to configure the PC(s) when they get here given that I built the old ones. They'll need to be compliant with OU policy which our current stuff is not. Need to move our existing logs, etc, over as well. But as I said, I'm up for that.
As long as I don't have to go near people. My group in IT is remote until at least 1/31. I have no insight into what OU plans for students returning ... :checks notes: ... on Tuesday.

The antennas are the most labor-intensive items, so I'd get those, first. Assembling them isn't trivial.
Before we get the equipment, we need to put serious thought into how to install it in the room. Right now, we have a rat's nest and we should put thought into how to make it better.
