Hey. Happy Weekend.

SCARS meets on the 2nd Saturday of every month except June (when it's on the 3rd Saturday) at 0900. Meetings are held at Norman Fire Station 7 on North Base. See https://w5nor.org/meetings/ .

SCARS also holds monthly license tests on the 1st Thursday of every month (except this July because Independence Day is the 1st Thursday so session is 7/11). 1830 at the same location as above. See https://w5nor.org/license/ If you don't have a license, we can come up with some study guides. Q&A pools are in the public domain and are available online if you prefer.

Raw Q&A pools are here:

Element 2/Technician: http://www.ncvec.org/page.php?id=369
Element 3/General: http://www.ncvec.org/page.php?id=364
Element 4/Amateur Extra: http://www.ncvec.org/page.php?id=365

Note that all pools roll on a 4-year cycle and this Monday is when the new General pool takes effect. Not any really big changes, but make sure you study from the 2019 pool anyway if you are trying for General.

Online practice tests: https://hamstudy.org - make an account (free) and it keeps track of the Qs you keep missing.

(Ellie - can you forward this to that other Radar guy that was at lunch? I don't recall his name!)
