A problem is accessing Phys Sci bldg now that all that other crap is up
there. They are very chary. Since Mike has no real standing, he heard Gary
Skaggs might be able to help him with access, but Mike wasn't sure if he was
w/OU or W.C (is there a difference ;-).  Peter, if you have some juice, or
know someone, let him know.
