Dear Undergraduate/Graduate Student,
I am teaching "The Anthropology of Communities" (ANTH4253/5253) this fall. The course is designed to expose juniors, seniors, and graduate students to ethnographic research methods. Each student will conduct a variety of field projects on a chosen topic throughout the semester, culminating in a final research paper. The syllabus, which I may modify slightly, is attached. The course meets on Thursday's from 3-5:40 PM.
Sincerely,
Betty J. Harris, Ph.D.
Professor
