El link abajo es un artículo escrito por Alex Halkin y Sujatha Fernandes sobre tecnología e internet en Cuba. Con el anuncio del Presidente Obama sobre la normalización de relaciones entre Cuba y Estados Unidos, los medios (al menos en USA) están diseminando una imagen de Cuba como un país atrasado y primitivo, sobretodo en lo referente a tecnología. With Obama's historic announcement last week of normalizing diplomatic relations with Cuba there has been much speculation about what all of this will mean, especially for the Cuban people. The media likes to portray Cuba as a backwater especially when it comes to technology.
