Site Reporting

2015-16 Site Participation System Open for Data Entry

The 15-16 data entry pages have reopened for reporting the work of your site since 9/1/15. In an effort to streamline the data entry process and focus on the most crucial data, we have eliminated some of the information previously required. Additional changes to support required federal reporting are forthcoming, and we will be in touch with more information when those are complete. In the meantime, please let your delegates know that they may continue (or begin) data entry. If your site has not already begun 15-16 data entry, the site director or PI must first log in to initialize the data. Questions? Contact [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or 503-719-7974.

Language, Literacy, and Diversity—A Global Conversations in Literacy Research Webinar

Given the growing diversity of the student body in the United States and around the world, as well as classroom and school conflicts based on racism and other forms of discrimination, it is imperative that all teachers learn about and incorporate curriculum and discussions about these issues in their pedagogy. Dr. Sonia Nieto will make the case that all teachers, whether they teach ESL, language, literacy, mathematics, social studies, or anything else, need to address issues of difference with their students.
