TC's,
Encyclo-Media is open to educators all over our state. It is free to participants and usually attended by over 1,000 teachers.
OWP would love for you to present at this conference. OWP mans a publicity booth during the conference.
We make some great contacts with many schools during this time. It would be great if during the conference we could
have a list of workshops being presented by OWP TC's for conference goers to attend. They could see OWP presentations
and TC's in action.
I strongly encourage you to considering presenting at Encyclo-media. Information is below about how to submit proposals.

Subject: Encyclo-Media 30 Proposals

PROGRAM PROPOSAL

Encyclo-Media™ is seeking outstanding programs to be presented for this
year's conference, so please consider sharing your best practices with
peers. Professional development programming is the strength of
Encyclo-Media and can only occur if volunteers present. The online
Program proposal can be found on the Encyclo-Media Web site,
<http://www.sde.state.ok.us/Services/Conference/Encyclomedia/default.html>.
The proposal deadline is Monday, June 7, 2010. Speakers will be notified
of acceptance in July or August.

*New* HOT SPOT PROPOSAL

Encyclo-Media is currently accepting proposals for our new Hot Spot
programs. These 45-minute programs will consist of learning stations
where attendees can browse at their own pace, spending as much or as
little time at each station as they wish. They are an effective forum for
the exchange of information and a means to communicate ideas, research,
and programs. For more information about Hot Spot programs, click on the
“Proposal” link on the Encyclo-Media Web site. The deadline for Hot Spot
proposals is Monday, June 7, 2010. Speakers will be notified of
acceptance in July or August.
