Programming knowledge?  Like, do you have to know something about C or Basic?  If that's the case, they're being a bit misleading.  Take a look at this:  http://syware.com/prodlib/win_ce/vce/vce.htm

Haven't talked to Pendragon lately.  But they're kind of greedy, anyway.  I'm hoping HanDBase will come up with something more affordable that will allow multiuser synchronization.  It's a snap to set up and use and pretty reliable, from our experience.

Visual CE is the application I told you we had experimented with a about 5 months ago..  It is an awesome app, however it does require a good level of programming knowledge and of course "time".  Have you spoken to anyone from Pendragon about any future ventures into the Pocket PC platform?
