Attached is a list of 2006 undergraduate summer research opportunities
in Cleveland at hospitals such as the Cleveland Clinic, University
Hospitals of Cleveland Rainbow Babies and Children, and MetroHealth.
There are also opportunities in several science departments at the Case
Western Reserve University. In particular, I would like to highlight
the School of Medicine's Summer Medical Dental Education Program which
is designed to prepare students considering professional careers in
health care. This program targets students from groups that have been
historically underrepresented in medicine: Latinos, African Americans,
and Native Americans - and other students who are disadvantaged. But
all are welcome to apply!
