Purchasing Will be Hosting a ProCard Advanced Users Training for HSC on October 7th.

October 7th we will be holding an Advanced Procard Training Class in the Robert M. Bird Library Auditorium from 12:30 - 2:30. This class will be for those users who have already attended a new cardholder training session and wish to learn more or update their knowledge about the ProCard program. Everyone having anything to do with the ProCard is encouraged to attend and bring questions! We will be covering a variety of topics including:

Approvers - Who should be an Approver?

PaymentNet Questions - Who should I contact and how?

Open Labs - Their purpose

ProCard Program Announcements - When and where to find them

List Serv - How to get on it.

T&E Card Holders - New Procedure
