ProCard policy updates (September 1, 2004):

Based on feedback from our customers, we have made some updates to the ProCard Guide.  Please refer to the  <http://www.ou.edu/purchasing/home/> new version.  (LINK)


Lab Animals and Radioactive Materials have been moved to the "No" side. 

Janitorial and Landscaping Supplies have been added to the "YES" side. 

 

The following statement was added to address the types of accounts expenditures can be charged to with the ProCard:

 

"All expenditures are subject to the same guidelines as if the invoice had been processed through Financial Services for payment. "
