For those of you who loved reading Bridge to Terabithia as a child, here's an opportunity to see and hear the author, Katherine Paterson, September 28 (Friday) in Meacham Auditorium at noon.

Ms. Paterson will be participating in the Neustadt Literature Conference. She is the current recipient of the Neustadt Prize for Children's Literature.

The conference will also feature authors from Greece, India, Nigeria, France, Japan, Iraq, the US, and China. There will be three panels of authors starting at 8:15, 9:30, and 10:45 respectively in Meacham Auditorium.

Professional writing students have been invited to attend, and I urge you to take advantage of all or part of this special opportunity September 28.
