The author is Vicky Woodward,  and her story appears in the March issue.
 I got my copy at Barnes and Noble, but if April is already out, March
has undoubtedly been pulled.

Let me know if you have any trouble finding March.  I could probably be
persuaded to rent ... er ... share my copy.
