Hello all,

Hope the beginning of the week has gone smoothly for everyone. Be sure to
stop by tonight for the Ballroom Crash Course at 7 pm, or the Country Crash
Course this Thursday at 7 pm. In case you haven't heard about them, the
Crash Courses are the best for people who have never danced before, so be
sure to let your friends know that there's a class just for them! Each Crash
Course is $45 for one person or $75 for two, lasts for 5 weeks, and ends
with a special Crash Course practice party in February.

Of course, we have other exciting things going on at the studio. Take a
look, and take your pick of several wonderful ways to stretch your legs:

Wednesday: Intermediate West Coast Swing Series: "Whips that Wow" (second
week)

Thursday: *Country Crash Course* *begins, 7 pm*

Friday: All-levels Rumba, 7 pm; Practice Party, 8 - 10 pm

Monday, Jan. 12:  Beginner Tango, 7 pm; Intermediate Intro to Viennese
Waltz, 8 pm

Saturday, Jan. 23: *The Art of West Coast: Extending Basics for Leaders and
Followers** Workshop *3- 5 pm (Heads up for this one if you've ever wondered
how to turn a 6- to an 8- or 8- to a 10-count pattern, or how to explain it
to somebody else)
