Do you know a mid-career colleague who has provided innovative services, a significant achievement, demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, or mentoring efforts? Nominate that person for Librarian of the Year!



SCC/MLA is looking for applicants who deserve recognition among their colleagues for their abilities and achievements. Criteria used to determine the recipients of the award include but are not limited to:



*       Leadership in the profession

*       Scholarship/publications/research

*       Teaching/training/mentoring

*       Professional activities

*       Service to the health profession

*       Development of special projects



Nominations may be submitted by any SCC/MLA member. Nominees must be a current member.



Award application form and requirements can be found at http://sccmla.wildapricot.org/Awards-&-Scholarships. Deadline for applications is July 14, 2023.
